APOTHEOSE BOUTIQUE undertakes to ship your items in accordance with its commitments, and according to the deadlines indicated on each product sheet and in your basket.
How soon will my package be shipped?
Unless there is a particular delay indicated on the product sheet, we ship your orders within 24 hours, which means that your order leaves our warehouses no later than the working day following your order.
Once my package has been shipped, what is the delivery time?
For Metropolitan France, your delivery will be made in 48 hours via Colissimo, which delivers from Monday to Saturday, in 48 to 72 hours via Mondial Relay

How are the items delivered?
The parcels are delivered by post in Colissimo with follow-up or Mondial Relais to the address of your choice (home, office, etc.).
In one of many spaces in France.
In the post office of your choice among the 10,000 existing ones.
At one of the many merchants in the Swiss Post partner network.
The different delivery options are offered to you when finalizing your shopping cart.
For Colissimo
For parcels delivered to the address of your choice, in the absence of the recipient of the parcel at the designated address, a notice of passage and pending delivery of the parcel is left in the recipient's mailbox. This notice indicates the coordinates of the Post Office where the recipient can collect the item. Any package thus placed in custody is delivered there to the recipient or his representative, duly authorized for this purpose on presentation of an identity document and against signature. The duration of the pending parcel is 15 consecutive days from the day after the day of filing of the notice of pending.
In the case of a delivery to a merchant, the product cannot be returned directly to him. The return must be made according to the clauses set out
Delivery issues
If the buyer notices a break-in or damage to his package, he has three days to notify the seller. We advise you, if the original packaging is damaged, torn or opened at the time of delivery, to check the condition of the items in the presence of the deliverer and to immediately express reservations on the delivery slip, or even to refuse the package.
It is up to the buyer to see if his package has been broken into or damaged. We advise you to systematically check the contents of the package in the presence of the carrier, in order to check the condition of the items, even if your package does not show signs of deterioration. If they have been damaged or stolen, you must refuse the parcel and note a reservation on the delivery note (parcel refused because opened or damaged).
The responsibility of APOTHEOSE BOUTIQUE cannot be engaged if the buyer has not issued a reservation.

This means of delivery allows you to pick up your package in store. You will be notified via SMS and/or a call from the store you have selected once your package is ready to be picked up. You will be asked for an identity document to collect your package. Please note that you cannot try on in store.
