Payment and security
Any Order implies an obligation to pay by credit card or Paypal.
For payment by credit card / Paypal
We debit your credit card at the time of the order.
Payments by Paypal are also collected when ordering.
We accept cards bearing the "CB" symbol and/or bearing the VISA or EuroCard mark. MasterCards accepted in France and e-bank cards are also accepted.
For payment by credit card, the apotheose-boutique.fr site guarantees you perfect payment security thanks to the Payline system: the benchmark for secure payment on the Internet. This system is used in particular by the largest French e-commerce sites and by the majority of banks.
Indeed, all of the payment phases to be carried out between the buyer and Payline are fully encrypted and protected. The data relating to your credit card number is encrypted from your computer and is thus transmitted encrypted directly to the banking operator, who decrypts it and manages the direct debit authorizations.
Your bank details
The protocol used is SSL coupled with electronic banking. This means that the information related to the order and the bank card number do not circulate unencrypted on the Internet. The credit card number is not printed on any paper, invoice, slip or other listing.
The merchant has no knowledge of the card numbers. Card numbers are never stored after transmitting the payment transaction to the merchant's bank. Thus, no one has access, either electronically or in print, to the details of the buyers' bank cards.
CB Anti-Fraud System
In order to protect itself against Internet fraud, Lulli sur la toile has implemented the following measures:
- Registration of your IP address, as well as the exact dates and times of the transaction. This unique and formal identification binds you contractually. Of course, if you have no intention of embezzlement, these elements will remain confidential.
- Any attempt at fraud, for any amount whatsoever and whatever its origin, will be the subject of criminal proceedings (filing of a complaint in the hands of the Public Prosecutor of the Court of MARSEILLE). All the data collected about you will then be sent to the Public Prosecutor's Office for investigation. Reminder of the terms of Article 313-1 of the Penal Code: "The fraud is the fact, either by the use of a false name or a false quality, or by the abuse of a true quality, either by the use of fraudulent tactics, to deceive a natural or legal person and to determine it, to its prejudice or to the prejudice of a third party, to remit funds, securities or any property, to provide a service or to consent to an act effecting obligation or discharge. Fraud is punishable by five years' imprisonment and a fine of 375,000 euros. »
Before validating an order by credit card and to avoid any attempt at fraud, Lulli sur la web reserves the right to ask the customer for a photocopy of his identity card, as well as the 3 numbers on the back of his credit card ( cryptogram).
Since the end of 2010, under the impetus of the Banque de France, all French banks have equipped their cardholders with a strong authentication method. If a bearer does not have an authentication code, he must contact his bank
The prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros, all French taxes included (French VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order) excluding participation in processing and shipping costs. The delivery costs are indicated before the validation of the order.
