Returns conditions

Except for a particular delay indicated on the product sheet, we ship your orders within 24 hours, which means that your order leaves our warehouses no later than the working day following your order.

For Metropolitan France, your delivery will be made in 48 hours via Colissimo, which delivers from Monday to Saturday, in 48 to 72 hours via Mondial Relay

Are the return costs my responsibility?
APOTHEOSE BOUTIQUE offers you a FREE RETURN (from the date of receipt of your item at your place of delivery). (except during sales periods) by the Mondial Relay relay network.
It should be noted that the Mondial Relay network returns the packages to us within deadlines which can range from 1 week in normal periods, to 3 weeks in periods of Holidays, Sales, and in August.
However, if you prefer to return your package by post, the costs will remain your responsibility.
